Cool vid! I agree about the posture part. That rarely works. The right compression shirt can work great but it may take some shopping around. If nothing else, it does help to smooth out some of the extra rolls to make them less visible. I use them for gynecomastia and review them to share with other guys struggling with the same. I would encourage guys to check out other brands as the fit and purpose can vary quite a bit. I would recommend Esteem apparel's compression shirt. I can almost guarantee it's better than what you have. Also, try a sleeveless tank if the arms are a problem. It's going to be used as an undershirt anyway.

I haven't even watched a single video from anyone about fat guy issues, this being the first of them. Even when I was in decent shape and exercised all the time I've had a small gyno issue since I was kid. Being a 50 year old man pushing 280lbs. My man boobs have gotten bigger. I just want to say thank you for having the courage to put yourself out there and give us larger than life fellows a starting point on something like compression shirts.

ty for the video. I just looked at one similar but it was sleeveless. I as a woman wear spanx type stuff. The reviews on the site I was looking at many said to buy a size smaller. I don't think these are to make you look smaller but to smooth the rolls more.

It should help with tightening the bloating more than fat itself since you’ve breathed with your gut sucked in more because of the shirt which probably also helped with fat loss

That's not what they are for. They are to help with anxiety. Tho tbh I sometimes wear them as an undershirt instead of a bra and they are much more comfortable.

You should buy 1 size down your recommended size when it comes to compression shirt and tights. When you first wear it, it should fit insanely tight to your body; that's how I feel. It really feels good wearing compression shirt, especially when training. It lessens soreness and makes you perform better. I'm subscribing to your channel cause you're cool!

Been wearing tight thermal shirts for a similar effect. 6'2, 240lbs big guy body type. Compression seems to help with anxiety too. but maybe that's just me?

Good review I’ve lost weight and have to wear something till my skin gets used to it

I have a gut and look 7 months pregnant. I've tried various ones off Amazon and even went buy some women's ones at Walmart. They all seem to have too much stretch in them and didn't hold my gut on enough to make a difference. I think it needs to be a a very structured (vertical boning in it) and either laced or button up to make a difference.

These undershirts generally don't make much of a difference on very large guys. If you are only slightly overweight, they fit better.

Wearing these compression shirts are designed for people that have lost weight and want to shrink the extra loose skin. It also can essentially be worn to make you look slimmer or hide your Moobs ( if that’s your case ). I too was once overweight, suffered Gyno and was insecure. After my weight loss and my Gyno surgery I’m glad that I don’t need one. To the rest of you..... I know your pain. Bro I’m telling you guys just lose the weight..... you will kick yourself for not doing it earlier. And if you have Gyno just get the procedure done..... all the weight will be lifted off your shoulders INSTANTLY because it’s just something you can not get rid of no matter how much push ups you do.

I bought a TAILONG vest tummy control and it works. I'm a lot bigger than you. I wear it when I work-out it makes me sweat a lot more than normal. I wear the vest almost everywhere. I went swimming in it, I don't recommend it because the material is thin but overall I feel that I have lost inches in my waistline.

You should try getting a size smaller. It will be tighter, but it will look better. I also got those Amazon thang top ones. They are a lot tighter on me. I just got my regular size. They are a pain to put on, but it actually works. It also helps me "lose weight". I don't feel as hungry, and it makes me conscious about my weight. They're also cheaper.
