It is possible although a different technique. In the one shown, the roll/the body prepares a hard left

@@BzudemM ah yeah ty i was thinking that hes not practicing the most effective punch or counter hes just practicing a technique or just a variation or option to ducking under a punch. cause to me ducking and throwing at the same time seems super effective but like again i dont fight so its just a thought.

@Red4350 you are welcome. In the end it depends on your goal. A fast right (even to the body) can break the rhythm of you opponent. The hardest punches in boxing are using as much of your body as possible ("turning the hips"). In this this case think of a spring. By rolling to the left he gets a lot of weight on his left foot - compressing the spring which is his left side. And then the spring gets released...

hope your a juegistoe ecpert already...you have never had much ground fight or ground defence... dirty stand up fights is you. you always loose on. the ground and half the other time you just get beat up...lol im not so optimistic that were going to be seeing much of an improved fighter at this point ...Todays fighters are much more wel rounded sun... I just dont see old Conor coming outvon top against any good fighter today
