Omg I love his responses!!! Because it's so true somebody's 10 could be somebody else's 5. Not everybody sees beauty in the same way. Some may not find curvy girls attractive while others may. It all depends on the individual. I would love to meet him just to shake his hand.

Yeah, honestly what he said is the truth most of us believe but many would deny. Lots of people say that "only personality matter and there's no such thing as ugly" but all of us have our own standards regarding who's ugly or perfect -- which most people base on society's standards as a whole. And no matter how much one would say that they only look at personality, it's undeniable that it all starts from the looks, but of course the personality is what enriches that "Attractiveness" factor afterwards. So much respect to Xiao Zhan for his honest answer and elaborating on it with something lots of us don't really think of.

Personality is number one factor for falling in love. Sexual attraction is indeed a result of how attractive someone is physically but when it comes to romantic feelings it's the personality that matters the most.

Yes and no. The thing is, that good looks on a bad personality doesn't work. At least not for me. So ofcourse it's easier to see the good side of a person when they fit your person profile of attraction. But in my experience, if you're mainly fixated on personality, you'll not be able to overlook a good personality even if they're very far from your usual attraction preference. I find it fairly easy to overthrow my visual preferences in favour of personality. I find it almost impossible to overthrow my personality preferences, especially for something as minor as outer appearance. I will not say looks don't matter. That'd not be correct. Our visuals have basic functionalities, that we understand by instinct. And from then, comes the personal maturity to relative that initial instinct. On top of that, it's fairly easy to put a person's visuals into a good light no matter how characteristic they look. Without going as far as surgery or heavy make up. But personality? Ofcourse you can work on some things but that process is way more complex and eventually bound to fail if it's rooted in a person's basic "setup".

To me, Xiao zhan have an internal beauty, good manner, willing to help others, soft heart, gentle and special cuteness, his external handsome, adorable,charming and his tempting smile with sweet dimple killing me. His height 6feet, acting skills and singing and so on, to me only, i gave atleast 9 points for him.

I am not an expert in Chinese entertainment interviews but all of her interviews with this group are very cringy. She goes on asking about petty things like the way they look, their sexual preferences and I don't think she realises that most of them get uncomfortable when she says such things. It is just so strange.

True ! Beauty is in d eye of beholder ..... of which this beauty not only applies 2 good looking but also 2 genuinely good personality . It is easier 2 b mislead by appearance than personality but it is personality that has d final say in deciding d value of a person . V r quickly 2 accept a non good looking person doing good things but not that fast 2 accept a good looking person doing / did bad things . Initially I like XZ but later pity him more because of those malicious 'slashes' , now fear 4 him that current glory might obstructed him from improving his skills if his fans continue 2 give him unthinkingly supports & he readily accept them without genuine self assessment.
