Even tho Ian is no longer with us i wil always consider myself a Blockhead.

Ian was surprisingly very versatile performer. Punk reggae music hall rock new wave disco is a long haul

Blimey, he talked like I do! Rest in peace, Ian, me old son. :(

Its quite funny to watch and listen to Ian talk like a mentalist, but the Japanese translation is very polite and very modest, completely the opposite of what is being said. With the art school bit, the Japanese audience would have thought he was a very intellectual and introspective artist. Ha ha ha!

@MOONST0MP Hm. It's strange in a way. I watched the movie with no expactations before hand (actualy i didn't know a thing about the man before i watched the movie). And it caught my atention completely and i liked it very much. :)

@EMMETNEXO Really! Well mabey I was expectin too much. I loved Ian Dury and the Blockheads when I was a kid and when I saw the trailer to Sex and Drugs and rock n roll I could wait to watch it, The trailer looked brilliant, The film was a bit slow. They didnt go into detail about how he got famous, one minute he was nobody the next a star! I didnt show how he got there!
@BillyJango14 жыл бұрын
I was so lookin forward to that film but when I saw it I was very disapointed, Andy Serkis was absolutely brilliant but the film was very very boring.
@vinny97083 жыл бұрын
I thought exactly the same,how the hell can you take a character like dury and make it so boring I couldn't wait for it to end

I'm glad for that confirmation, as I thought it was only myself who thought so
