I was 15, my 3rd class watch live as the 2nd plane hit the tower, and the my 4th class teacher wouldn’t list to us and turned off the tv and did his normal class. To this day, I hate him. It was the most important day of my life and he ignored it.

I had the same experience in my 9th grade history class. I had nightmares for years after where I’d scream at him to turn on the tv but when I’d yell I made no sound. Now I look back and I don’t judge him, but it turned out to be a bad decision on his part.

I don't think that's it. If you are comparing it to a ship. There's plenty of reasons a plane is more controlled and why people behave. A plane is basically one big room with a high staff to passenger ratio. It's much easier to control. Also, you can't just sail a Royal Caribbean into the world trade centre.

Honestly, it's not a beautiful podcast, at all. The name is terrible, the music is forgettable, the 70s looking guy on the right I'm pretty sure is the one who keeps fucking with the mic too much and creates shitty mic noises in every ep i've listened to (about 3-4 eps). They're not funny at all, even worse than the Are You Garbage guys, and that's a low bar. Jordan and Ian are great guests but this whole thing was a complete dud because of the hosts.
