Hi whoever’s reading this! This strumming pattern might be a bit hard! I found this hard because of a different song I recently learned! If any of you know how to play “RipTide” by Vance Joy the strumming pattern sound similar it’s, D D UDU, I suggest trying this if needed!

Heeey! 😌 Try to play the strumming pattern real slow at first, and say it out loud while you playing it: down up up down up. And then when you feel confident playing it , speed it up. The goal is to memorize the strumming pattern so you won’t be thinking too much about it while you’re playing. Then you can move on to the melody of the song. You can play the strumming pattern and hum the melody of the song, this way you won’t be distracted by the lyrics. And when you practiced that enough you can try singing ❤️
