I honestly say that mei ghus leke bada Banna chahta hu and that's why only IRS i will become...mujhe koi social service ya koi v changes nhi Lana society me...mei big cities Mei rehena chahta hu aur bht paisa ghush leke banana chahta hu kyukkii salary toh bas 1 lakh k aas paas hi he...bas apni jindegi enjoy karni he mujhe.... IAS IPS banke mei gao o me aur small towns me rehke apni life barbaad nhi karunga.....aur kisi mc politicians ki faltu batei nhi Sunni mujhe....mei IRS banunga aur dabake ghus lunga aur 70% paisa gareebo me free me baat dunga aur 30% ghus ka paisa se mei aish karunga aish like....rhi baat curruption mitane ki toh vailog mei sabkuch nhi kar sakta.....ha gareebo ko help jarur karunga i promise....majak nhi kar rha hu bilkul v....mei aisa hi karunga....

IRS officers also get foreign postings in advanced countries and foreign training /education in advanced countries.,They are not confined to a single state for most of their career .especially those states which are economically backward or remote ,They become subject experts in tax matters which opens opportunities for work in other organizations like enforcement directorate ,central vigilance commission ,election commission ,settlement commission and also after the retirement..For the IAS and IPS ,the glamour is for the post of DM and SP which lasts for a small period of 3 to 4 years only ,then the rest becomes all the same . IRS get the large exposure of all over the country, the industry leaders ,new technology applications,international business practices and financial world abroad In the process IRS officers become more sharp in their judgement and capabilities to assume bigger national responsibilities .For the IFS working in Africa,Middle east, ,eastern Europe ,China and south America can be a big challenge .Thereafter, to return home after retirement and settling down can be another challenge due to limited domestic social circle/networking. .What happens to their children and families only the working officers can tell..
