My mom is also an IAS officer and once she said to me when u become an IAS officer it’s up to u which path u would like to choose either honest or dishonest so, if u are honest then people will cherish u and remember u forever and respect u as an individual and not for ur post and the lvl of satisfaction that u get after doing something big revolutionary for the people that u won’t get by earning 1000crores and if u choose to become an dishonest corrupt officer then no one will respect u from deep inside and will always give u the respect for ur position and u might die wealthy but the karma u did will say it all later which will not let u sleep a single night peacefully and life after death won’t be easy because of ur karmas. Always be wise with ur highly self esteem, moral , integrity and empathy but hold the emotion deep inside u because u have to be diplomatic as well to tackle new challenges.😊

@@gauravnaagar5799 Koi ni tum jaha bhi jao khoob corruption krna, taaki jb tum pakde jao to baaki ki jindgi jail mein aaram se gujre. kuki ias ke liye to tumhari soch pahle hi desh ko gadhe mein fhekne ki hai, kher tum hi jese log hai jaha se desh ganda hota hai. Sbse pahle tum logo ki soch badalna jaruri hai dear. If you want to become rich, get win over the hearts of people, money is just materialistic, the real peace and satisfaction is priceless.

He will never be appointed as vigilance chief, because the authority that appoints him will probably be the first who will be raided. This is a learning that extreme of everything is dangerous, ashok sir is very honest, but had he maintained his integrity with some diplomacy and handled things in a different way, the authorities would have surely assigned him a better charge, posting him as the vigilance chief would cause havoc in the system, and therefore it will probably not happen until a CM who is equally honest takes over.

As sir highlighted straight trees are cut first. In System, Few can be strong enough to resist the headwinds of system hence they become flexible and bend. But few like Mr.Khemka have their roots(principles & values) so strong that even a hurricane couldn't uproot them. A wonderful honour to learn about him.

India must want ias officers like Dr. Ashok Khemka Honest officers always face problem in less time serving as a honest ias officers during their jobs I know one officer like Dr. Ashok Khemka that is ias Tukaram Munde currently posting as secretary human rights commission Mumbai. Tukaram Munde is a ias officer of 2005 batch.

ईमानदार IAS,IPS को सरकार ओर नेता मंत्री पसंद ही नहीं करते। क्योंकि ईमानदार IAS,IPS नेता मंत्री की सिफारिश नहीं मानते। नेता मंत्री भी ईमानदार IAS,IPS से डरते हैं। इसलिए ईमानदार या सही काम करने वाले अफसरों का ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाता है ।

Reels bnane wale, upsc coaching ko promote karne wale, quotes dalne wale, etc young officers ko sikhna chahye inse. Inko koi core m ni jane dega kyu ki pura ka pura system corrupt hai. It's like 1:99 ka ratio hai. Bhut muskil h.

Only 1 percent IAS officers are honest. Beside a very good salary under the table is huge. Salary is like Iceberg tip only other wise huge amount under the table.
