U r correct most of the OBC certificates are fake ....they should be exempted from the service .....we as a citizen should make people aware .....we all know such people in our surroundings.....pls atleast write here and don't be afraid in telling even u r not sure .....they will be checked and if found guilty then they will be punished if not then it's ok .....if they are not guilty what's the problem in that .....

1.UPSC should now take more than 20k people for prelims. 2.Seats should be increased to approx 5000. 3. Transparency should increased. Answer key must be released along prelims results. Not after the whole process as it is of no use.
