I recently purchased an EHB 1506 MS. I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I've had it a couple of months as I write this. I'm still discovering many of it's capabilities. A joy to play. I play a lot of Blues and old school R&B. So I tend to favor it in passive mode. I find that the Nordstrand pickups, being dual coil, can emulate the old Fender sounds very well.. Both the P and the Jazz. Although I don't use it in active often, it's nice to have it available for quick tone changes. This is such a well thought out instrument. I love it.

I've had this guitar for a couple years and I love it. Sounds great and it's always a head turner and an attention getter.

Sadly i have to say im dispointed soo many have qc issues on these ehb even min with 7 hairline cracks on the fretboard after 2 weeks. Then loose screws stripped screws and its just horrible how the qc is on them. Ibanez need to do better than that

Sadly agree I have this bass brought it brand new and it has neck issues :( I still love it though.

How heavy is this bass?

It's one of the lightest feeling basses I've ever played despite it being a 6 string
