Imo 8-gates Gai is strong than Sayan Arc Goku with 3x kayoken and can fight the Vegeta of Sayan Arc for some minutes, until he become ciner. After the Sayan Arc, no story, the scaling incrase of DB's power level is litterally exponential

Madara has EMS, Rinnegan & The Perfect Susano'o at his disposal. Also, He's a literal master at Fire Style and Wood Style. He would straight up turn them into charred remains.
