Very educative. Though about the timings, i think Kipnyige ended somewhere around 2014 and not 2010. Then about the ongoing age set, i heard it isn't right to predict when it will end, it is like predicting when the living members of the next ageset's old generation will all die.

In short, we cannot sanction another generation while the previous ones are still alive, no matter what or whom..... With increasing life expectancy, the duration of an age set is bound to expand beyond, 15 years, probably 20 years or more especially for Nandi and Kipsigis both of which miss/suspended one age set... There is talk to revive and rekindle the lostt generations/ipinweek to match the rest of kalenjin. It is time, I am one one the proponents. The calamity is over, we have Uliam and before that we had DT Moi, Asia has forgiven us for sure.
