i have a question? How to determine the position of the optical axis at the microscope imaging plot? Because I need an external optical path

Is it possible to show a video tutorial with this same microscope showing fluorescent GFP and phase contrast imaging right form the microscope set up with Kohler as well as ring set up for external phase (No objective phase) and software use. There is phase set up and other videos but having this one would be easy to use and follow.

Great video. Can you tell me how can I set phase contrast ring in aperture diaphragm. As I want to set a phase contrast objective in my Nikon Eclipse Ti-2E inverted microscope.
