It's September and for me, that means one thing - ELK hunting CAMP! In this video we'll take a look inside our 2021 wall tent camping setup. We recently got a new 16x20 canvas wall tent from Montana Canvas, complete with barrel stove. I talk about how we preserve food for long term camping trips in the mountains where making a run for ice just isn't practical, how we filter water, sleeping arrangements, clothes lines, and organization. Also, how to keep mice from chewing up your stuff! For the whole Hayes family, it's a great way to spend a few weeks camping and bowhunting elk in the mountains! We do most of the camp cooking on a two burner Camp Chef or out on the camp fire.
