I honestly can't blame Freddie in this episode. Sam has done a lot of strange and unforgiving things to him at this point. Plus, if you had someone trick you so many times, would you really believe they have a twin sibling?

I used to have a big crush on Carly and I mean a HUGE crush but after this episode Sam/ Jennette Mccurdy was my big crush and still is years later.

Man, Freddie and Melanie would've been perfect. If only he wasn't so delusional. Not that I blame him, he's been tricked so many times, and eventually the truth will sound like a lie.
