Sir Christian, maybe Digong is asking Xi Jin Ping to give him a political assylum in China, since China is also no longer a member of ICC. Digonyo is evading the arrest of ICC. Speaking of Safe Heaven, the Rome statute said that no safe heaven shall be provided to accused/defendant. Well, BOng BOng is providing safe heaven to his PATRON, Digonyo. By the way, did Duterte use government aircraft in his visit to China? Remember, Duterte is now a private citizen.

In the end, sayang lang ang mga initiatives ng present President to gain support and cooperation from friendly allies. Being truthful and upright are keys to attract legitimate investors. If China questions the ICC for their actions then it's only right for the ICC to reject China's stance, since they do not recognize the ICC's due process in regards to the Philippines' winning the arbitration in the West Philippine Sea case.
