As soon as you give something sentiment, it has no value to anyone but you. Why would you wear someone else's custom jewelry? That's the issue with Hip-Hop jewelry. Lot's of sentiment but very few have monetary value. If you're aware of that, and you're okay with it then you good. There are exceptions, which have sentiment and value. Jay Z owns a 2 mill one-of-a-kind Rolex made by a famous watchmaker. Championship rings would be worth money. But that's rare. I'm just a guy on the internet.
