Friends, aaj hai Day-2 hum banayege Chocolate ice cream 100% soft & creamy professional tarike se ice cream aap ghar par bahot hi easy tarike se bana sakte hain.

Ingredients-
1+1/4 Cup Whip cream
1 Cup Milk (Full fat)
1/4 Cup powder sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
50g Dark chocolate
2-3 tbsp Choco chips (Optional)
1 tsp Chocolate essence

But seeing the long list of ingredients used, I remember my young days where there was no condensed milk nor whipping cream. Still, I used to have tasty creamy Amul ice creams. There are many who cannot afford these expensive products. I request you to make ice creams that have fewer ingredients and are affordable to all classes of our society.
