i been waiting for this, i just finished watching zoe's video, then i saw you uploaded! zoe's new range is so cute, i'm going to watch alfie's video after 😊

I also used to feel really bloated all the time. But I used to eat my food really slow. I mean a yoghurt could take me more than 30 minutes. I'd eat during lectures, watching KZfaq or any series of film so that might be why. But honestly going on a plant based diet helped me loose the "pouch" and I felt much less bloated.

I've watched all 3 views, I love Mark's videos i've been excited for this since yesterday ❤ And i love me a jam sandwich, but cheese + tomato toasties are the one! Anyone else?

Kinda of a funny coincidence but if u eat ice cream after a meal it can help to prevent bloating 😂😂

PLEASE LIKE SO MARK CAN READ! Mark, it's probably not but you could have coeliacs disease. I have a more rare form of it but I also experienced a lot of bloating, especially after larger meals. It may be best to get a blood test and just check, it's better to check sooner than later as it deteriorates the stomach and intestines and the sooner it's diagnosed the less damage you do to your body. ❤
