I understand the sick sister one, Imagine this, Losing all your friends and having to bring your sister ANYWHERE you go and being discouraged to go to college just because you have to take care of your sister not to mention they're losing a lot of money just to get the same useless treatments that won't work over a delusion that one day she'll be miraculously healed, Her sister is not living a good life anymore shes basically suffering everyday now, In my opinion try talking it out with your mother, if she won't listen to what you have to say, Reconnect with your father and move in with him 👍 Many of the comments are calling her the a-hole, yes she is partially the a-hole, but try putting things in her perspective, Having to lose all your friends growing up, having to bring your sibling everywhere, being discouraged to go to college just so you could take care of your sister, having to struggle financially just because your mom has this string of hope that your sister will be healed. Wouldn't that suck?

The hair dye one- nta I don’t think your daughter realizes that she won’t be able to automatically go back to her old school once the dye is officially gone. And she’s willing to ditch all her friends (if she has any) at her school just because she wants her hair to be a different color. Let her do it on her own when she’s older. Let her get a good education now.

I’m in a wheelchair and the sister one got me really upset. I g et that u want freedom but that doesn’t mean u can call her such a burden for not being able to control what she has

I understand where you coming from but her mother is the one that make things like this. Like see it from her perpective if you are gonna blame someone blame the mom. She is the reason for all this even her husband divorced her bc of it

@@haticeozturk6952 ya but she Should’ve explained it to the mom before. When her mom asked her the first time if you could take her. I get that but like still doesn’t mean she should take it out on the child

@@lilykong14 but if it were yu would you tell your mom "mom im tired of looking after my sick sister" " i cant get to live my life bc of her " "i cant even have friends bc of her" and if im not wrong she started to look after her sister 14-13 idk but all i know is that she was a child that didnt want to make her mom sad

I understand both perspectives. Like you can’t expect the sister to give up her freedom to look after her sister but also she shouldn’t have called her a burden
