Griffin straight up pressuring Justin into trying it for criticizing him was perfect.

I love how Griffin's animated characterization is this perfect balance of cherubic fun, shifty anarchist tendencies, and hellbent baby brother.

It just occurred to me how stunningly good Griffin actually IS at improvising lyrics. You see Justin struggling to come up with these lyrics even before bombing with 'brown', and I'd say Justin is probably about average in his attempt. But then Griffin just comes out of the gate IMMEDIATELY with lyrics dumping on specifically how Justin fumbled.

I love seeing how Griffin is increasingly becoming just an actual muppet.

I love all the hesitation. First the ten-odd seconds of Justin sighing as he tries to think of something, and then the halting jankiness to the music as it starts and stops with him when he hesitates after he actually starts singing

Can we talk about how it was revealed in episode 500 that Justin showed this to his daughter before bed and it’s her favorite one???

in order to animate justin-heavy bits you need two skills: drawing people trying and failing to come up with something to say, and drawing people absolutely losing it at their own jokes

mood: the small moment of silence at around 0:15 where griffin realizes a) he is extremely good at making ice cream lyrics and b) he physically cannot stop now

I love the way you draw the boys... Travis kinda looks like a broom, Justin just looks like a sweet boy, and Griffin is a round

I have watched this upwards of 15 times in the last day because i love it so much. Griff singing is just so adorable and your animation style makes it even more so. Not to mention that the animation is just phenominal. The but where griff flies over the bowl of ice cream has me pausing and rewinding the video to watch how smooth and amazing the animation is and the icredible sense of depth you managed to give that bit. I love this video so much. It was the only video related to mbmbam I could show to my little sister. She howled with laughter over this song. She has a chronic illness and often was in the hospital. When I couldn't be there in person with her, I'd sing this over and over again for her. Yes, I'd do all the parts.

This was my first interaction with the McElroy brothers and now, several years later, I can pick out Griffin's voice in a kid's tv show that happened to be on while I was babysitting. I love their content and thank you so much for introducing them into my life! They've sorta taken over but I wouldn't have it any other way.
