Dope ass beat, the rappers "Three Times Dope" from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania also had this sample in their song "Funky Dividends" from 1989 and they got this sample from a band called, "Delegation", the album is called, "The Promise of Love", and the song is called, "Oh Honey" from 1977. In 1989, I didn't know about the band "Delegation" and thought this was something that "Three Times Dope" came up with. It's amazing how Ice Cube brought this sample back and reminded me of the late 1980's when I first heard this sample in 1989 when "Three Times Dope" used it!
