All bullshit aside Queen latifah actually asked Cube a question that a lot of people thought about ice cube for years. That he grew up with both parents in the middle class home but raps about what he raps about. Not my opinion about him just what certain people say about him. When this video started with the first question she asked I was like damn she went there lol
@tristinhall12752 жыл бұрын
Yeah he is and from what I've heard though out those 90s stories involving Cube's beefs, he always stood 10 toes down win lose or draw in a fight so yeah he ain't a gangsta but definitely a man.
@DatAnimalBlundetto2 жыл бұрын

He had both parents but middle class then was still in the hood he still was a hood kid telling the stories of LA

Look... yea he aint a Compton Crip or Piru Blood but who cares. Growing up in L.A. is already hard enough bc of all the temptations around the city. Especially in the 80s when crack hit. So yea thats just what it was so what he never caught a body or sold dope. Who cares P.S. ian from L.A. i just know my shits

Fox as well. Back when it was "black." Martin, Living Single, In Living Color, Roc, etc. Not to mention the WB channel. We will never get that kind of essence back 😫 Soon as the 2000s hit, it was a wrap. Everything became whitewashed (i.e., UPN to CW), and the black sitcoms we did have (with the exception of a few) were not hitting like the ones in the 90s and 80s.
@trentyates4182 жыл бұрын
@@Tha90sKid right when the wb had the wayans bro parent hood smart guy for your love. Steve Harvey show and Jamie foxx show. And when UPN had one on one malcom and Eddie girlfriends the parkers all of us, you are right we definitely ain’t getting that essence back.

People put to much on rapper’s or artist to be a thug or criminal first to get their approval to be so called real smdh whatever you feel in each moment in life put the pen to pad and say what you feel. We need more uplifting art and get away from all this drill/kill music with it’s bad frequencies.
