Thank you so much 😊 yeah flue is spreading all over here now. When I get sick I usually have sore throat, cough and will last for a week but I haven’t had fever for a long time. I had 2 days off from work and I was bit freaked out lol but I’m now feeling better 😊 I really wish that there is cure for what you have. You deserve much much better life !!!!!

I have to do it every year because I have a chronic illness, and any time I've ended up in the ER for something related to my illness around this time, the ER doctor is always lecturing the person next to me about how they should have gotten vaccinated, and they need to be going to the urgent care, not ER. People need to wash their dirty hands and keep their distance from anyone with a cough. A cold though you kinda just have to ride it out, but the flu & covid you could at least lessen your chances of it completely knocking you out on your butt. It's harder to stay well if you have kids though. Even my former doctor got sick because she had two little girls, and she took all the precautions! My bf & I keep our distance from our nieces & nephews every winter season! We can't afford to get sick!

Take as much Vitamin C as possible via Pineapple, Orange ,juice: Pineapple is the Best💯 Emergency vitamin c is great as well as echinacea, Hoping everyone stays healthy, Blessings🤗
