It's a combination of Loki Theme from Loki series and Elsa's leitmotif with extra glacial and Dark Sea Theme from Frozen 2 trailer because it sounds very close to the Loki's short strings!

But why though? Anna deserved the 5th spirit role more than Elsa. Elsa is just a form of the water spirit.The 5th spirit should have been love, which Anna has a lot of. Loved her sister enough to turn to ice, she loved her sister enough that she was willing to be cut in half. She loved her sister enough to be willing to burn alive to save her. She loved her sister enough to risk her life countless of times during both movies. All Elsa did was push Anna away for her own selfish reasons. Anna deserved the 5th spirit role more than Elsa. That made Frozen 2 pretty lame.
