In Bleach, characters often make empty boasts only to receive a lot of beating from people who have 1/10 of the strength of their boasts. Kubo's writing style. Destroy planet? Is it Dragon Ball? And it's not like she got anywhere close to destroying it. She destroyed some buildings around it but that's it
