Iceberg Lake from the Ptarmigan Tunnel, Glacier National Park, Montana

Part two of a 15.5 mile ride in Glacier National Park, Montana. In this video we ride the Iceberg Lake Trail to Iceberg Lake. The cirque surrounding Iceberg Lake is one of the most spectacular landscapes we've ever experienced. Iceberg Lake is framed by Mount Wilbur to the southwest, and Iceberg Peak to the west. The shear 3000' craggy ridge that connects Mount Wilbur and Iceberg Peak, create a backdrop for the lake that is magnificent! Iceberg Lake reflects the deep aquamarine hue only seen when glacial rock dust known as "rock flour" is suspended in the waters. Oooo that was nice Bill. I've seen hiking videos of that lake - spectacular scenery. What an artist the Lord God is! Talking about that one hiker....how could you have a bad day in that setting? Oh well, that's just the way some folks are. Thanks for sharin brother....just wonderful!

I have ridden with you before. I am old and retired and thank you for the adventures. I have taken to carrying a body camera, that I can just press to record Karens and Kens and when I get assaulted. It is funny how a camera will shutdown most Karens and Kens.

Not an outfitter, just a group of friends that enjoy riding together with our own horses.This ride was on the Iceberg Lake Trail and the Ptarmigan Trail. Thanks for the kind comment.
