This is a Baba Is You levelpack based off the MEGA MODPACK which contains custom words by many mod creators. This video shows the custom properties KARMA (if an object has killed other things, it dies), SINFUL (marks which objects have killed others), and GUARD (if BABA GUARD BOX, it means that if the BOX died, the death redirects to BABA instead).
Levelpack is called "Modded Medley" (by hutthutthutt):
