Dude, this song already blew my mind when I heard it on Octane, but seeing this entire journey in a music video toook this to a whole new level! Do you like Ice Nine Kills? Their early work was a little bit too scene for me. But when The Silver Scream came out I think they really came into their own. Commercially and artistically the whole album has a refined melodic sensibility that really makes it a cut above the rest!

I’m 51, I first listened to Sabbath, and then Kiss when I was 7. I was instantly hooked. From Kiss to Ozzy, Metallica, the Scorpions, to Crue, Death Punch, and then the Silver Scream to this new album. Ice IX Kills-it every time!! I have 3 forms of arthritis, AS, Osteoarthritis; as well as; Psoriatic Arthritis. I have very little escape from chronic pain, but play me some IX, blast the radio, and I’m a 51 year old heavy metal junkie feeling 18 all over again. A little advice for you younger Metal Heads, go to a concert every time you can, always keep up with the newest, and loudest music out there, and never grow stagnant in a certain decade of music. A few years back, I took my son to a metal concert for the first time. It was an awesome experience teaching him how to concert properly, while we were both enjoying the music. If you can talk after the concert, your doing it all wrong! To: Ice IX Kills, keep it hard, loud, and maybe sometime I will have saved enough money to take my other son to see your concert, so you can Rock my pain away for an hour or 2 on stage! My son and I have written a song about a different kind of horror I would love to present to you. It was actually written a little over a decade ago. For everyone else reading; keep in new, keep it loud, and toss out your hand signal whenever you can🤘🤘🤘🤘

I can answer the first two. In his interview with James A Janisse he mentioned that he grew up as a Broadway Kid and having a love for musical theater. Which Answers Question and Part of Question 2. Spencer on multiple occasions has said that because of his Broadway obsessions' he always strives to do his very best and music videos of this caliber are like small movies and can take usually up to a year and a half to make.

I remember first hearing INK at warped tour back when all the had was a sample album. They were literally walking around the crowds just trying to get their name out there. So awesome to see how far they’ve come and how they’ve really come in to their own!

I remember seeing them open for Motionless and thinking, ok cool. Motionless 1.5. Then, like you said, watching them progress so far has been amazing. Reminds me of when Bullet for my Valentine and Trivium came out and sounded alike and now look how established and different they each are.

There's very few, if *any* bands out there who have such a firm grip on the vision of their music and how to incorporate their image, sound, and direction along with it. Been with INK since "Every Trick in the Book" album where Communion of the Cursed was the first song I ever heard. Such creativity and non-cringey theatrics is seriously hard to pull off without becoming total product/brand sellouts to the content being created. Epic video, as INK has become known for shelling out.

The level of quality and sheer creativity that INK has sustained over the last 6 years is ridiculous. This surpasses just "themed music videos". These are literally split up parts of a Horror Musical. Spencer really is one of the best to do it in this scene.
