Amazing artist and an amazing detailed video as well. I am just starting out with NI gear and I am very interested in his setup, conceptual approach, and the seemingly fluid integration of the components that comprise Icicle's rig. Is there any way that NI could create and share a schematic diagram of how this all is connected? Personally, that would assist me tremendously.

How many synths do you manipulate live ? Seems to me like you are just running Maschine for some basic percussion, and manipulating one synth at a time. Maschine jam for (who knows what or why 'it can all be done in Maschine anyway) and Traktor is your main audio source like most people do when DJing. Your set up is far too much,,, the music you are making could be easily done with just Maschine and Traktor. Actually it could be done with Ableton and one midi controller. Use 2-4-6 laptops ( you can obviously afford it ) and mix between the laptops running as much manipulation as you can. That is what live is all about.
