e d d The Law applied by the Court.-Article 38(1) of the Statute provides that the International Court of Justice, whose function is to decide in accordance with International Law such disputes as are submitted to it, shall apply (a) international conventions (and treaties), whether general or particular, establishing rules expressly recognized by the contesting States; (b) international custom, as evidence of a general practice accepted as law : (c) the general principles of law recognized by civilized nations ; (d) subject to the provisions of Article 59, judicial decisions and the teachings of the most highly qualified publicists of the various nations, as subsidiary means for the determination of rules of law. According to Article 59 of the Statute, the decision of the Court has no binding force except between the parties and in respect of the particular case.

I want that Chief Justice International Court of Justice should send order to UN Secretary General to receive my UN Ambassador Pakistan fees of $4500 USD from Government of Pakistan not from me. I sent my signed & filled application form to UNSG Antonio Guterres on 7 January 2023. He offered me the monthly salary of USD $1,90,000 14 times in a year. But I on 7 March 2023 requested him to send my salary of only PKR.Rupees50,000 and ask to Pakistan Government to pay my UN fees not say to me to pay my fees. I have sent my this petition to Chief Justice International Court yesterday.
