Israel built many of the tunnels as the high density of Gaza made it difficult to transport goods or move between the regions. When the surface is being bombed, it makes sense to go underground. This does not make it a terror tunnel. Just a survival tactic. Israel must stop its brutal oppression of Gaza and the West Bank
