For years I never “got” Boys of Summer. Then an acoustic cover made me listen closer to it. What I didn’t appreciate as a teenager I now got as an adult. Great song, great choice! Jeremy, well, that’s a story for another day…

Great episode!! Neither song makes my personal list of top 500 songs, but looking objectively there is no doubt that both songs are iconic!! Great idea and great show. Looking forward to future episodes!!!

@@andrewparker272 Wow, good question. I think Sweet Child O' Mine is definitely #1 for me. And I will go with The Final Countdown by Europe for #2. That song has had far reaching impact way beyond anything I ever imagined when it was released in 1986.
