(Register of Deeds - Tarlac) to prove that the land was legally owned by her at the time she (according to her) "sold" the LAND to her Company (BAOFU). The fact that the PARTIES to the transaction (Sale) regarding the property are: ¹ CRUZ (Owner/Seller) & ² BAOFU (Buyer), and no mention of her name as oarty to the Sale, then MS GUO cannot claim or did not have the CAPACITY as Owner/Seller that time.
