absolutely! i made this one by myself and looking that i constantly think "how is he able to make such a details cos they r so small!" he s a true master, he has very good imagination and patience.

i usually work on 1/72 scale models there really small but i really like it you can buy a lot op pe sets, metal gun barrels,accecories the newer one are really accurate and best of all they dont take up too much space but i do also model in 1/35 and 1/1444

My favorite modeling channel by far! You've got the perfect recipe of tips, camera angles, music, pace, dos, don'ts, length, subjects... The hand painted stripes and numbers put this one over the top.

Great work, it fits perfect on the diorama you built for your T-34/85. Btw, this vid was perfectly timed because I ordered a trumpeter 1:72 is-7 and this will give me a lot of inspiration.👍👍👍

Thats a great little kit, small part count, but really detailed and well molded. Its a great superdetail subject. Also good for learning this paint technique.

4:43 For the IS-2, several variants of the upper frontal part of the hull were made. In the photo - one of these, "Zvezda" made a different version.

Love the idea of the thinned out putty to make the armor texture, I'll definitely have to try that with the IS-2 and T-34-85 for the scene I'll be creating!

Your modeling skills ( especially with these smaller kits ) are legendary. I build in 1/16 scale RC and am always in awe of what you achieve. (I've got the Torro IS-2 and enjoy it as it is a serious Runner)

@Johann trompat I have been following plasimo for a while and if you see his older videos on larger kits you'll understand what meant. Being a mature modeller myself watching his videos has shown me a few new tricks.

@Raven1wing1 @EP It's a joke about ''A few minor modifications''. For me, It's a very Big modifications. I'm amazed by this work. I am 10 000 levels under. For me, It's a crazy work. When, I understand ''A few modification'', I choke, I'm sur down, close thé ligth, take pop-corn et admire thé show.

@Johanne trompat I have been doing this hobby for almost 45 years. And with modelling it is always a learning curve. If any modeller says " there is nothing you can teach me about the hobby." Is easily over confident or has no idea. The use of PTFE plumbing tape is a stroke of genius. I would never have thought would work as a 1:72 scale tarpaulin.

Man you are genius. I have this kit and my plans are nowhere near as complicated as yours. About model: only few of is2 tanks has cast nose detail. All other hull parts were from rolled steel including nose details in most tanks.

Далеко не многие, шиповое угловатое соединение было у УЗТМ, а они не были лидерами по количеству произведенных исов. У завода 200 нос литой и скругленный. На тигровом угле есть подробный разбор внешки исов

NICE ONE !I did this one decade ago,customized a lot too ( fenders,meshed covers, metal gun barrels all materials strictly scavenged ) And track had to be tied down by very thin wire as none of my countless glues reacted kindly when I tested for incompatibility.

I got a special connection to this kit because it was the first one I built on my own channel. Actually I made a whole tutorial-series about the built und tried my very best to get an impressive result. No need to mention that my kit did'nt turn out half as good as yours. I really need to spend more time for modifications as I mostly build out of the box.

Amazing work! The attention to such small details is amazing. For a suggestion, I think a sailing ship model would be awesome, maybe the black pearl for example. Keep it up!

In my mind Zvezda models were cheap plastic models even cheaper than the old Lodela models made in Mexico back in the 80's/90's which I had de pleasure to build back in the day. Amazing job as always! Cheers!

I especially like the logs for getting out of the mud. Many people don’t know what they were for and seeing them added is a great touch on Russian tanks.
