Gutted you stopped making KZfaq videos Georgina. I’ve been making candles for years but have learnt so much about the business side, packaging, fresh ideas about moulds and so on from you. I’m guessing you got so busy that something had to give, but I do hope you’ll start vlogging again as you are truly inspirational for wee businesses like mine. I’ve had the same problem a few separate times with my Shopify card reader. I have now learned my lesson to test that thing a week or two before an event just in case I have to get sent a new one. I love Shopify but I think the hardware issue is a pretty big one.

Hey Rachel, what kind of issues have you had with the reader? I use Shopify retail hardware as well and figured out some great tips and tricks to getting those readers working great.

Enjoyed hearing about your experience at the show... we have an Ideal Home Show in our town, too (Raleigh, NC, USA). I wonder if it's the same organization - it looks similar.
