Ted has meant so much in my professional and personal life. I first came in 1998. I built my businesses and my creative ideas and the venues where I shared them because of Ted. Now, with more than 1 million subscribers on my KZfaq channel actively engaged, I looked back to Ted in the years I was there for the provocative people and ideas I encountered. Thank you.

When I found TED back in 2005/6 I was glued to my computer for three days. Me and my friends experienced the same. I only tremble if someone will find TED today...

I discovered Ted talks when I was in highschool back in 2012 and I started watching videos during my lunch breaks at school. Fast forward it's 2024. I'm 12 years older and still watching. 😊 I wish to attend one of the conferences in the future.

Thanks for your allegiance for Ted. I just start to watch the Ted video few days ago, I decided to watch this because I want to find something can expand my knowledge and experience to enhance my creativity and innovation. Fortunately it gave me the opportunity how to be a more successful member in next generation. As you mentioned in this video, for developing the Ted future location It need to observe the young generation attention and adapt them into new audience in Ted. This process could help the reader be a more younger group. In the distant future, If I have a chance to stand up on the stage of Ted I will deliver my message for people about my experience. perhaps it could give a positive impact for them. Long lasting Ted I cheer up !

I’m very intrigued and hopeful for the new direction. Id like to suggest a similar live format to twitch or even twitch platform itself, since it is already well developed and battle tested. Based on my thinking of what goes on in live discussions and chats, is even more dynamic and truth finding, and the future, of course depending on the guests and audience and moderator participation and and mental framing of the purpose of the conversation. It even more powerful than pure video. Something that could be tested with a small private audience to iron out the details first, etc.

I love the concept of ideas shared from different perspectives leading to shared points and acceptance of views that differ. I am hopeful for that type of open dialogue and would love to see that type of collaboration. I fear that Ted will lean into censorship of ideas that don't fit your ideal "ideas". Ted has demonstrated that tendency in the recent past.

They demonstrated it again & again by irrelevant, divisive topics that only fracture the citizenry & enable the rich, political tyrants!

Wait until you're 30 & realize how stupid TED proapganda truly is once you get some life experience under your belt. Even better, go read The Gulag Archipelago which will clearly demonstrate how evil these puppets of the "Ministry of Truth" truly are.

actually had any ideas implemented? cuz every ted talk ive seen basically detailed what was going to get systematically ignored. bill gate's presentation on viral pandemics vulnerability spings to mind. all well and good hosting talks, utterly pointless if none of you are listening.

"Propaganda is a monologue that is not looking for an answer, but an echo.” - W. H. Auden That's what TED & the lamestream media are all about. They don't want actual solutions. The problems divide the people to keep them from overthrowing the tyrants causing all of the problems - the entire democrat party since it was formed back in 1828 has been nothing but evil for this country.
