This process called semi water gasifier 1)When you burn coal or any other wood , you will get a gas which is combination of co2 +co+n2. 2)co2 carbon dioxide is not flamable,co carbon monoxide is low level flamable,n2 is diaatomic nitrogen is not flamable 3)keep in mind that what ever you want to burn you need hydrogen without Hydrogen you won't get flame 4)now when we burn wood the gas starts react or touch with water,what he poured on top and bottom, 5) so when the CO and n2 molecule reacts with water, the water splits into hydrogen and oxygen due to high temperature and the diaatomic nitrogen converted into active nitrogen(n) which helps to burn the carbon and hydrogen 6)so finally we got hydrogen +carbon monoxide+nitrogen which is flamable,so when this gas comes out with atmospheric oxygen it burns when we put fire 7) for one LPG GAS that is 14.50 kg it burns for 100hours ,but in this type of gasifier 2kg of coal is equal to 1kg of LPG ,to burn for 100hour you need 28-29 kg of coal

For those who asked: Fuel types: anything that can be turned to charcoal (all sawdusts of wood, even straw or in this case rice husks--technically any vegetable matter--but you might want to either be very choosy or make sure it is dehydrated & no mold before firing- Side note to side note: most dangerous molds like stachybotrys which is the toxic black mold is killed by creasote. Creasote is the sticky soot on the inside of a fireplace.)

Dein Problem ist der Lüfter ,Weil du den Luft bzw . Gasdruck nicht einstellen Kannst. Mein Vorschlag ist, Nehme ein Luftkompressor, bei dem Kannst du den Luftdruck einstellen,

water he sealed the lid with water to force the gasses and smoke through the pipe literally ingenious most people would have used clay, which breaks & would have to be broken to add more fuel

@@hoperules8874 It s ingenious, but water will evaporate fast i think, and when gases escape from the top there could be a flashback danger. Furthermore a cement structure could break from pressure and temperature, but i understand this gasifier does not reach high temperatures, as he put a plastic pipe for exhaust

Compa eso que tiene adentro es biomasa, en donde se cocinan o queman imperfectamente la leña y el aserrín, produciéndose una combustión lenta e imperfecta produciéndose diferentes gases responsables de la combustión, bióxido de carbono y nitrógeno, otros (benceno, formaldehído, acroleína e hidrocarburos aromáticos policlínicos) el agua en la tapa y en el tubito o desfogue como tú le llamas, es para realizar un sello hidráulico para no escapen los gases, si me falto algo que alguien corrija y complete. Creo que ello te aclara algo. Cuídate.
