Great ideas! You have inspired me to work on my notes pages! From the length of your fingers I'm guessing you might have EDS. It runs in my family and one of the sillier tell-tale signs is long fingers. I have had my heartrate shoot up like you mentioned too. You might want to also consider a tracking graph for your symptoms. I hate when I tell a doctor about something I've noticed but when they ask about time-line or intensity or variability, I'm unable to answer specifically (or accurately because chronic pain does things to your brain and memory,) but a tracking graph would help for that.
