If they ever want confirmation on who is “actually” who (especially for medical records), they can check their fingerprints ! Babies get prints done, and since finger prints don’t change and twins have different fingerprints, they will be able to match up the adult and baby prints.

Almost canceling the second twins surgery bc they thought they were the same person 😂😂 that literally almost happened to me and my twin trying to pick up meds at the pharmacy 😂😂 we have the same last name and birthday so they almost deleted my sister’s account thinking it was a clerical error haha

Almost happened to us. They almost got rid of my twin's application for an interview. They thought I had applied twice. That was for another job. My twin and I are laboratory scientists and we work the same shift together. They were looking for two people and I'm glad they accepted us both 😅 funny thing is we're not identical, we're fraternal, but get mistaken for identical all the time.

Nowadays moms know to paint the toenails but they be wildin back in the day. My identical cousins had weird forehead veins that looked different so I could tell them apart easily. Without a birthmark or something you gotta get creative.

My twin was having heart surgery when we were kids and she wasn’t allowed to eat before the surgery. While she was getting prepped I went downstairs to get some food from the cafeteria and my sisters nurse ran over to me as I was eating to yell at me about “eating before surgery.” 😂 She was so convinced that I was my sister she called upstairs to double check.
