The rattling of the Beech tree leaves in late Winter/early Spring sounds much like a vacuum leak from maple sap lines. Very annoying when you are trying to find leaks....

WHAT IS THE BEST TREE SPECIES TO PROVIDE "WOOD CARVER" BLANKS ETC. TXX ETHAN !!!

Hi Walt -- basswood is said to be the best carving wood. If you buy carving blanks online that's usually what it is. That's what folks carve duck decoys out of too!

@@walt155 yes, they should be. You will usually find them on enriched soils, growing with sugar maple and white ash, often on slopes with a northerly to easterly aspect.

Hey John! I think the issue is how the videos are displayed when you open the KZfaq channel. If you go to the video on the far right, there should be an arrow to scroll over the other videos. Let me know if this doesn't work!

Ethan - Duh...don't know how I missed that. Also, if you click on uploads, you see the whole list, rather than just the first line. (That's how thinks have been displaying when I visit other channels.)
