서로 비판을 하지 않은 채 머릿속에서 정리되지 않은 생각을 마치 폭풍우 치듯이 꺼내는 브레인스토밍이라는 방법은 저희 팀에게 현명한 시행 착오가 천재 한 명의 실패보다 훨씬 낫다는 사실을 다시 한 번 깨닫게 해준 것 같습니다. 좋은 방법을 알려주셔서 감사합니다.

they didn't say WHY visitors were down, or what kind of visitors stopped coming. Starting with no information probably isn't the best idea
