The humanitarian aide/aide money from the countries of those "western colonial settlers" are also the only reason a lot of ppl in the ME, Africa etc still have living populations on this earth & whole nations havnt been cleansed by their leaders. Yemen is a good example of one of those countries whose ppl would cease to exist if not for those "western colonial settlers". North Koreans would cease to exist if not for aide thats sent to them by these same countries. These countries & their ideologies that are a net negative for any society already then have leaders/groups who are heavily influenced by these horrid beliefs that run those countries. Leaders who think basic human rights for everyone is a "western conspiracy theory" because that goes against their ideologies & you can clearly see why so many countries that have in the past &/or currently still today that receive help from these "western colonial settlers" never do better. You also have some ppl in many if not all western governments that have began to be indoctrinated with those same net negative beliefs over the past few decades now & that is the primary reason that there is this belief held by some that "democracy has failed" & other similar nonsense that isnt true, but anywhere that has a larger amt of ppl especially in political & educational roles that are following these few certain net negative -isms are definately doing bad. Take the US west coast for a good example of that. Keep those isms that start with C or M or I out of western govt & education & there wouldnt be all these problems that are a plague in so many parts of the world nowdays. I’m watching this late. I used to support Kim Iverson. She was one of the most sensible heads on The Hill. Her replacement on The Hill / Rising, was super-woke and has been booted as anti-Semite. But Kim went to her own YT, which was great - until she opened her mouth about Israel. Then she fell into the same woke narrative that Glenn Greenwald and Tucker Carlson got immersed in. The same with Democracy Now, Aaron Mate, Max Blumenthal, John Mearsheimer, Jeffrey Sacks, The Duran people, either fell into or were already digging the hole for others. I find it disconcerting when people who truly believe they are digging up the truth are digging up crap.

Hey Tal, you're conflating the goals and aims of the democratically elected government and matkal, the top generals of the IDF. Only those with the "correct" ideology (that is far left) will be promoted to aluf (general). This is why tat aluf Winter, despite being the best military strategist, was let go rather than promoted to aluf. When the government tells matkal to fight, they refuse, and say they are the professionals, and thus know better. They refuse to obey the government's orders, and instead follow the self appointing dictators of bagatz. You're correct, it's stupid to wind down now, but the government is not in control.
