She has a lot more patience than other people would in today's time. I have patience but at the same time I know how to stand up for myself. And me being a guy I'd have no problem going up against that idiot. I wouldn't put my hands on him but I would definitely stand My ground. But there are some more aggressive females who wouldn't take crap like that from any guy, got out of the car and handled him. Or at least roll down their window and talk back to him.

I never did understand they're logic in the fact of "oh if I beat you up then I was right" like what? Albeit I probably would not be the better person like the one lady was in the video. Mostly because the second time he got out of his car..... I was.... kind of hoping she would at least honk her horn a little bit, to antagonizing him 🤷♂️

Last one is simple assault yes call the police, and report it, give them the video, and let them go to work. If you are so inclined for 5-10 dollars you can reverse trace the plates to the car owner and give the police a name and address ahead of time based on the last vehicle registration. For those wondering those are Illinois plates and this looks like it’s in or near downtown Chicago.

Well, all things considered I wouldn't count on the Police in Chicago doing anything about this. There's already nearly 200 murders on their board for 2022 and few are "solved".

He wouldn't be so keen to get out around here in TN... I promise you. Too many of us would just blow a very LARGE hole where his ass used to be. The ONLY reason someone gets out of a car in traffic without a collision is to start a fight... and unless you believe in artillery, you don't want to be starting a fight in traffic around here... The police can find out soon enough... not that they care anyways... ;o)

You could use your camera footage to file a harassment charge against him. js Road rage is seriously dangerous. We just had a case here in Georgia over the weekend where the woman was photographed as she took her gun, while driving, and shot a 17-year-old female passenger in the face. All while driving with her three children in the car with her, none over 9 years old. People seem to have lost their damn minds. 🤯

Report to the police, should have license revocation as the penalty for this nonsense. If they can't handle normal driving conditions without this kind of response, there's definitely some serious violence issues going on with this guy. I don't think it would take much digging to find a few more examples that would justify removing him from the public.

No, being in front and having a gap to turn into and getting into that gap well before her does. They were in stop and go traffic. He's well over a car length in front of her, there is a gap, she can see what's happening clearly but instead of being semi-decent she rushes him after he's already in the lane and honks at him. He overreacted, but he overreacted to her being a bad driver, not the other way around. People think they're king of the lane, as if the lane belongs to them and they get to decide if you get to change lanes. Well, I'm undefeated in dethroning lane kings. You don't get to trap me in the other lane in stop and go traffic.

Last one she definitely could've/should've called the cops. Free speech doesn't cover threats. They might be able to fine and imprison him for failing to signal, aggressive driving, and the little cherry on top with getting him fired. Staying as calm as she did would definitely help her build a case in court if she wanted to take legal action

I recognize that logo on the last man's attire plus the ID. I slowed down and zoomed in to be sure, and he is no doubt associtated with Northwestern Medicine because of the NM on his sweater and it seems his ID appears to be a part of the Feinberg School of Medicine. Will be contacting them about that clip. I'll update if I hear anything back.

The last guy in the Nissan don’t let anybody treat you like that call 911, write down his license plate number. At the very least, report the incident and send in the video. The cops might not do anything but at least they have a record of his behavior in case he does this again in the future and actually hurts someone. He’s wearing a work tag, see if you figure out where he works and forward that shit to his boss. Don’t sit there in traffic waiting for him to assault you, you have the right to defend yourself. I would have taken his door off.

Finally! In the first clip, finally someone explains to the child what's happening. So many of these clips, a thing happens, the parents freak out, and the kid(s) want to know what's happening but they get ignored. Tell them what happened. What they imagine when you leave them in the dark is almost definitely worse than "It was a car crash."

3:59 perfect example of why the moose test exists! A piece of advice to anyone who reads this and ever (hopefully not) finds themselves in a position where you have to swerve out of the way like this. You'll notice that the spinning out occurs when the driver swerving attempts to correct back to where they previously were on the road. If you have to make a maneuver like this on the road, after the initial swerve to avoid the object, you should try your best to just remain GOING FORWARD! This will prevent you from tail whipping like this diver. Also applying constant and firm pressure on the breaks while making the initial swerve will cause a lot of the weight on the car to transfer to the front which is where your wheels turn (unless you have 4-way steering, but that is not gonna be on 99% of cars on the road). This will give the car more traction on the turning wheels and allow you to regain control and prevent tail whipping for in the event you have to also quickly correct back into your initial lane.

Best case scenario for the last one with dude raging on a female is for her to carry pepper spray and I guarantee when she sprays his ass it will take the fight right out of him. Then drive off and smash his door backwards, call the cops and say she was fearing for her life and got away. Dude was beating on her car and she could say he tried to open the door. Audio would help her out in this case.

Not enough to consider him a true threat in this instance because she is in the safety of a metal structure. He is no threat to her until he either attempts to break into her car or presents a weapon. People make verbal threats all the time. Most of the time they amount to fuck all. Anything remotely in the range of lethal force like hitting the guy or shooting him is uncalled for in this scenario. Now if he approached her and she wasn't in a vehicle? I'd be more inclined to agree with the use of a gun. But she really is in very little true danger. If I see a 100 pound woman screaming at me, threatening to beat my ass, am i legally gonna be within my rights to shoot her, because I see her as a threat? Obviously im no lawyer and im well aware that self-defence laws are finicky and vary greatly state to state, but to me that makes no sense.

2:10 doesnt always work. you leave a gap to give yourself enough room to break and not hit the person in front of you, and what happens? cars pull in that gap... you slow a little to leave another gap, and some other ass-hat pulls into that gap...... one long road i go up and down twice a day (almost 13 miles long) people think its nascar and are so close to the person in front, there is NO way they have the reaction time to stop if the guy in front tapped their brakes... and tis not just one car, there can be 5 or even 7 cars all tailgating.. its crazy! i just move over to the right lane, and stay out of those morons way!
