The woman that was ramming cars at the end was caught after a chase and stand-off on the freeway btw. Absolute shocker-she was heavily intoxicated. They brought her back to the scene for identification. Booked for driving under the influence and assault with a deadly weapon. Orange County, California.

Wasn't that the huge snowstorm in PA about a year ago? People were being told to get off the roads ASAP, but a lot of them couldn't because there was just no place to go, so they drove as far as possible, and then this kind of thing happened, and on more than one major road/freeway.

She'll never pay anyone back, she'll just be back on the road, and the prison sentence will never be enough. Plus, if she gets a good enough lawyer, if they catch her of course, she could argue, potentially, that she was under the influence and that, "it wasn't her at the moment". Then just get a slap on the wrist. People who don't care, nor own much of anything, will never pay the price.

In such a case I would personally ram that psycho with my car and shove her to the ditch upside down. Nobody hits my car deliberately like that and gets away with it. It's more important to stop these people yourself if the law is incapable of doing just that.

i feel like cellphones in cars should just be outlawed period, that all cars should be fitted with a blocker that keeps people off their phones, and the only calls that can be made from within the car are hands-free, via bluetooth. So many people texting and driving STILL is just dumb.
