My son did vacation there a few years back. They actually told him to stay away from that area. They said it was dangerous he could see it on the hillside from his hotel

תודה אח! אני מטייל ממש בזול. כשהתחלתי הייתי מטייל באירופה וישן על ספות של אנשים. טיסות לאירופה בחורף 10 דולר בזמנו. יותר זול מלהיות בארץ. פשוט חסכתי בעבודות רגילות כמו דומינוס פיצה וטיילתי כמו כולם

There is not a single way in the world, the dude from belarus said the poverty in brazilian favelas is similar to belarus. Alone in Rio, there is more people living in insane poverty inside favelas then the half of the whole belarus country
