2,4,6,8 mean Down, Backward, Forward, Up respectively . 5 means neutral. 1 and 3 mean Down-Backward and Down-Forward. Good lucks with friend's combo

having said that most of my matches against fubuki come to the wire but idk if that's the character or me just not quite knowing match

Fubuki's tatsu (her whirlwind) is incredibly good, especially the aerial version. She can start it very low to the ground and only very few characters can punish it on block, so it's a great pressure tool and it can quickly move enemies into a corner, where she can use her instant overhead that can be cancelled into an aerial whirlwind for a very easy full combo to surprise her opponent. If that doesn't work she can use j.H for a cross-up or try and play footsies with the decent range on both her 5M and j.M. And if the enemy loves jumping a bit too much then her air unblockable 2H has enough speed and range to catch them off-guard a lot of the time so escaping the corner can be tricky for them. Unlike the aerial version, the grounded whirlwinds (both the L and M versions) have projectile immunity so it can catch zoners off-guard (in the rare cases where Fubuki isn't already in their face because of how sticky she can be). And if she's lucky and gets an SSR whirlwind hit that way then it's yet another opportunity for a full combo. Her invincible DP is great for reversals and combos well, similar to the one Ayame has (minus the insane range). Her 236S (Kurokami super) is amazing for punishing any even slightly slow whiffed attack, as long as she's at least decently close to the enemy she can easily react to it on sight. Along with Sora's, this might be the best 2 bar super to throw out with no hit confirms or setup necessary. She just feels like a very solid character all around with no glaring weaknesses and a lot of tools for many different situations. The only moves I barely ever use at all are her 3H (range is incredibly short for how slow it is), her j.2M (j.H is better for cross-ups since it hits lower and therefore earlier) and her 22S burger eating move (I'd rather save my super meter for something other than the vague hope that my next non-normal attack will not be blocked). EDIT: Also I wouldn't look at the combos in this video for damage comparisons, they're not very optimised. A meter-less combo does 341 damage and a very similar combo with Kurokami at the end does 464, which imo are respectable damage numbers given how easy her combos are and how the vast majority of her moves convert directly into said combos.

Fubuki has obscene rushdown and mix. Koncob (ex ball) acts as a 50/50 between fuzzy JL and 2L/M. And these combos aren't quite optimal. If you learn her JH extensions and BNBS, you can consistently set up two touch setups and resets like it's Skullgirls. Her gacha mechanic, when learned, gives God tier damage and extensions at the drop of a hat (or burger). And to top it all off she has 4H, a parry that beats L2 supers. She feels too fair because this ain't the most she can do.

It Fubuki gacha mechanic in the game, stands for Specially Super Rare. There is a chance for her Special to become better and turn into the SSR one. But doing the burger special you can make it guaranteed for one move.
