I am from USA. When in India I worked in Forensic Medicine department in Medical college some 25 years ago 1. Inequality in the enforcement of law is injustice and it is a crime. 2. Back in 1990s minimum 60% of AP politicians were involved in 1 or more homicides , arsons, assaults and land grabbing but none those criminals were got arrested or prosecuted, rather many of them became ministers, even chief ministers , if they were in in Europe or China they would have been in Jails or shot dead State forces. 3. Many gangsters - that run criminal enterprise with members exceeding hundred are wide spread in India, Each gang involed in hundreds of killings rapes and robberies , but none of them getting killed in your police encounters. Example Nayeem - got killed by his gang members that committed all those murders are still walking free. In America often FBI federal police without hesitation raid the homes and offices of criminal elected politicians but in India that never happens. Primary problem here is failure of proper training and lack of proper police education .
