In the start of the part of audio the lady said that se read 24km on the website. she asks the person "Is that correct" and he replies "Yes". which confirms the average is 45kms

When people say something about it, you normally like to answer, 'We'll check it.' I'm disappointed about why you're not doing the right thing to avoid those mistakes.
