Yes. Simply select the text then 'Right Click' to 'Highlight' the text or take 'Notes'.

Computer delivered or paper base IELTs which is better?

Now a days, I would choose COMPUTER BASED IELTS. The reason is that you can manage the questions easily and can save a lot of time for reviewing the answers. Also you can highlight the text which makes easy to spot the information.

Listening Test is same in both Academic and General Training IELTS.
